Planning Services

From the initial contact you make we will be friendly and as helpful as we can be.

Firstly, with the house address and an idea what you want to achieve we can take a look and check local policies etc and get back to you with some advice and a written quotation including council fees and a breakdown so you can see exactly whats included and whats going to be done. We will also advise on how to get what you desire and compromises or alterations we may have to consider. We want to make all stages as transparent as possible.

Once instructed we arrange a convenient time and date to come to the house and discuss your ideas and measure up the property and garden.

From there we form initial concept plans and send them over to you, usually, in 3 -5 days. These concept plans are a starting point to work with you to try any ideas and refine the design so internal changes, sizes of rooms, door locations etc can all be shown on floor plans this means you get the chance to try any ideas and that the final submitted plans are the very best for you and your home.

We form all the maps, plans & paperwork etc and submit on your behalf and fully liaise with the council through out the application to ensure a fast and hassle free application as possible !
